Bright yellow straw color. Smoky caramelized nuts, rubber tire, and baked apple aromas follow through on a silky entry to a fruity sweet light-to-medium body with sweet nougat and peach sorbet notes. Finishes with a nice, mesh of honeyed stone fruit and smoky minerals. Great mature, smoky-petrol character and a nice choice for spicy shellfish dishes.
