Grape: Grenache, Syrah & Carignan
Region: Cotes du Rhone, France

The grapes are vinified separately with traditional methods. Fermentation takes place in 15 days under low temperature in stainless steel tanks. 5% of the wine is stored in the old French barriquefat in 8 months. The wine is filtered minimally before bottling.
Nose: Medium-sized, open, fruity style with the character of red berries and spices.

Palate: Medium bodied with ripe tannins, flavors of red currant, strawberries, licorice and white pepper, long finish.
