Clanis Cortona Syrah

Clanis shows a deep, luminous purple red. The nose releases aromas of well-ripened fruit, including blackberry, dried plum, redcurrant, and blueberry, along with notes of candied fruit, dark chocolate, vanilla, and toasted hazelnut. In the mouth, a suite of perfectly-integrated tannins is supported and balanced by a healthy but not excessive alcohol and by a well-calibrated acidity. The finish is long-lingering and appealingly aromatic.
