Bastide Corbieres Blanc Though the vinyards of this estate are ancient, white wine making methods are up to date. The Corbieres Blanc is a blend of traditional Southern French varieties (Roussanne, Bourboulenc and Vermentino) of which 5% is fermented in new oak, making a refreshing change from the international stereotypes.
This wine is yellow with green highlights. Its nose is full of white flowers, vanilla and lime. Balanced acidity and full on the palate with a final touch of vanilla.
