"The 2007 Syrah Reserva spent 12 months in French oak. Purple/black in color, it reveals a perfume of smoke, bacon, game, and blueberry muffin. Medium- to full-bodied, it is quite rich on the palate with plenty of extract, spicy fruit, enough fine-grained tannin to evolve for 2-3 years, and a lengthy, pure finish.
