Cooper's Choice Macallan 1995 This Coopers Choice bottling of Macallan 1995 was matured in Sherry Butt number 14525 for 13 years then bottled in 2009 at 46%abv. 540 bottles were filled. Macallan Distillery was legally licenced from1824. The current owners of Macallan distillery is Highland Distillers Ltd. It has 5 wash stills and 10 spirit stills, small but uniquely shaped helping to concentrate the flavour of the new make spirit.
