Benjamin Bridge Borealis Ice

This Icewine made from grapes harvested at -10ºC from vineyards in the Gaspereau Valley is a pure expression of the style with honeyed stone fruit, dried apricot and sultana raisin aromas. The palate is vibrant with candied peach fruit flavours which are balanced by vibrant acidity and a long finish.
